Hi, I’m Michal, it’s a pleasure to meet you.

For over three decades, I’ve lived and breathed Human Resources. My career combines deep professional experience with meaningful social engagement - from founding support initiatives for trauma survivors to building HR communities within the startup ecosystem.

I began in recruitment and rose to key HR leadership roles, including VP HR in global and tech companies. Today, I channel that experience into helping startups build their people strategy and infrastructure for sustainable growth.

I’m passionate about people, in love with life’s “Chapter Two” alongside my amazing partner and four children, and I live in Hod Hasharon.
