I’m passionate about people, strategy, and building thriving work cultures. I've held senior HR positions in both startups and global organizations, led HR in early-stage companies from foundation to scale, and co-founded an HR tech startup - so I know the challenges from the inside. I specialize in helping leaders align fast-changing organizational needs with evolving employee dynamics.

Beyond the professional path, I’m a proud mom to Shira, Itay, and Rona, love yoga, and live in Tel Aviv.
